Eliminate Pests in McChord AFB, WA

• "They are okay. They did a good job. They are really the only ones I have ever used. I ended my contract ended last August. I think I spent too much. One has to sign a yearly contract and I didn't like that, even though I just needed them for one day. So it is not that they didn't do a good job, it is just that I don't like having to pay every single month. They will come and spray every three months but I don't like just paying for it if I don't need them. I want to find somebody that would just come and treat the problem that I call about and not have to do it for a whole year then I would probably go someplace else. I used them for an emergency, when I had about twenty million ants came into my room and they were my first line of defense. They are not open on weekends so that really isn't a good thing. I will only use them if I am not able to find anyone else."

• "We just recently switched to Orkin after a bad experience with another pest control company. We live in an area with an infestation of ants, as well as the occasional rat and mouse. Our Orkin representative came in and was really knowledgeable. He's set us up on a good plan to get the ants under control again. He spent a lot of time with us on the first visit, and followed up again in 2 weeks to ensure all was well. While we're still seeing the ants in our house, they are fewer and dead on the ground, not alive and in our cupboards. They also include all types of pests in their ongoing maintenance fee, versus ants only-which makes it easier for us to keep our home pest free and not juggling different pest plans and fees for different pests and rodents."
