• "I am extremely disappointed with the service i received. I had mice and had an inspector come in, Robert Lee, who suggested some work to exclude mice from the gone. Things were fine initially and i had no mice issue from December 2024 until may 2025. However i was supposed to have Bob stopping by with a lifetime warranty on the fiberglass insulation but he air coming. He made appointments worth me and never showed up, never responded to me to explain or reschedule, and then completely quit responding. Now i have a significant mouse issue again and have to start all over with another company. I am looking into this further but intend to warn as many people as i can about what happens with orkin after the uninitiated couple of visits. Very disappointing."
