• "For the first few years we were on once per month at 99.00 per monthly visit...mostly for spiders. I can't say i ever still about I NEVER noticed any decrease in spiders.  Om one of the first visits they recommended a door through the basement to reach under the deck, which we went ahead with...I presume this was to put poison under the deck.  In the last 6 months with spiders  round i attempted to cancel the service,  The GM called and said we can put you on a seasonal packet for the same price of 99.  First service=, bil came, 105.95.  I gave them one omen then cancelled in July.  Paid the final bill 7-13-14, and wrote on the bill very clearly, CANCEL SERVICE-NO MORE VISITS REQUIRED. Got a bill YESTERDAY for 105.96 [yes one penny higher].  I sent them a copy of the July check and reiterated NO MORE SERVICE.  So they billed us even though they haven't been here in 2 months. Service man was VERY nice, went right to work, was always punctual.  Can't say their chemicals work.  No true reduction nay sot of bugs.  Not money well spent. for 1200 bucks a years,I want to see zero bugs.  Take 10 to the market and get a bug spray and do what hey do...then pocket the other $95. Obviously their billing office stinks at keeping up on stuff."
