He asked to come out in the next 30 minutes, which was little time for me to get off work, but I did so because I was nervous I wouldn't get him again. I ran home, only to be stuck waiting again. He was another 30 minutes late. This time, he didn't even spray, just put down more traps. All that waiting and for what? The "guarantee" was such a waste of time, in my opinion. However, like I said, the first visit was good and the technician was nice, it just seems as if there was some great misunderstandings, organizational, and timeliness issues, especially with the repeated visits, which I found frustrating. I am not sure I will continue my service."
