• "THANK GOODNESS FOR ORKIN! I live in Hawthorne at Lily Flagg Apartments, where we pay for pest control (Cook’s Pest Control) in our lease. However, we’ve had a drain fly problem almost since we moved in April 2023. The flies return each year in May, driving us crazy and making us MISERABLE. This year, I paid for an Orkin treatment out of pocket (since my apartment complex refused to reimburse me), but we still had flies. After a couple of weeks, the flies were practically nonexistent. As of today, we have been fly-free for weeks!!! I wish I had hired Orkin sooner instead of dealing with the incompetence at Cook’s and the insensitivity at the leasing office.
