• "This last appointment was rescheduled 3-4 times. I also received notifications that the technician had arrived to conduct the work at 7 am on those rescheduled dates but there was no technician. I checked my cameras and my gates are locked until around 8 am. I would then receive a notification that the appointment was being rescheduled. This morning, the tech was supposed to arrive between 8-10 am; however, at 10:23 he still hadn't arrived and I called customer service and inquired about just where the technician was and when, (if) he was going to arrive today. The CSR told me that he was due to arrive at 10:40 - 20 minutes later than my call. So, he was almost 45 minutes late, worked maybe 10 minutes walking around the property and was back in his truck at approximately 10:57. He sat in his truck on my side driveway until about noon. So, for one (1) hour, he availed himself of my property. Don't know what he was doing after he uploaded the report to my email at 11:19. Unimpressed."
