One gentleman left out house smelling like cigarettes, another has no clue what he was doing, and one could hardly move around well enough to put the bate where it needed to be. The people I talk to when I call are also very inconsistent. Thank goodness for Darren he is knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. If I was rating Darren I would give five stars, the rest of our experience would be given a 1 star. I hope we can just have his for our Orkin service needs."
