Scheduled for 10am many days in advance, so plans were made for 10am plus 3 hours for treatment. Then the day before they said a they would be there between 10am and 12pm. Didn't contact or show up til after 11:30 and then there were discrepencies on the phone vs in person as to how long to wait before entering house. Hopefully communication improves for the second treatment."
