"that comes to the house is always thorough and friendly. The biggest problem I have is with your customer service. I often receive phone calls telling me when a technician is scheduled rather than a call to ask when would be a convenient time for me. When I call to schedule a time that fits my schedule I receive attitude from the person on the phone. I have set up times for service only to have no one show up. When I called to find out what happened the technician was given a different timetable than I received. If I was t rate on the efficiency of the technician I would definitely give a 5 out of 5, but your customer service would receive the lowest score available."

"I should have called Orkin from the beginning! Mike was wonderful. I have a rodent problem and I am terrified of mice. Let my property manager take care of the problem last June and I’ve been sleeping on my couch ever since. We caught 6 bu exterminator wouldn’t come in the house set traps outside and didn’t come back to check. Fast forward to yesterday and I called Orkin, they were here early this morning. Found all sorts of holes outside and inside, plugged all those. Found where he thought they were coming in too. Set out traps inside and told me to call anytime something is caught and they’ll come out and throw at the traps. I love the quick response, the attention to detail and especially the empathy for understanding my fears. Thank you Mike! Also got a call from Andrew the supervisor and he’s coming out Monday to double check and make sure Mike. Covered all his bases. Superior Customer Service!!!"
