"that comes to the house is always thorough and friendly. The biggest problem I have is with your customer service. I often receive phone calls telling me when a technician is scheduled rather than a call to ask when would be a convenient time for me. When I call to schedule a time that fits my schedule I receive attitude from the person on the phone. I have set up times for service only to have no one show up. When I called to find out what happened the technician was given a different timetable than I received. If I was t rate on the efficiency of the technician I would definitely give a 5 out of 5, but your customer service would receive the lowest score available."

"Aaron, the service manager, Performed my service in the early evening. They were going to cancel my inside service because the storm was coming and the original service man had to get home for fear of being caught in the storm. The original man only did the outside, but my intention was needing the inside. I contacted the company and explained the situation. I had worked this single date and time frame out a month ago with the office staff and it was very important that I had my inside service done. Every time Orkin comes I never have a problem so I like to keep my service continuous without a lapse of time. Aaron called me and he volunteered to come out and do the service on his own. He arrived with a pleasant attitude and he did everything I asked him to do. I am impressed with Orkin’s dedication to customer service. I am impressed with Aaron’s attention to customer need and he valued my time. He valued that I rearranged my work schedule and he made it happen.
