Let my property manager take care of the problem last June and I’ve been sleeping on my couch ever since. We caught 6 bu exterminator wouldn’t come in the house set traps outside and didn’t come back to check. Fast forward to yesterday and I called Orkin, they were here early this morning. Found all sorts of holes outside and inside, plugged all those. Found where he thought they were coming in too. Set out traps inside and told me to call anytime something is caught and they’ll come out and throw at the traps.
