They were going to cancel my inside service because the storm was coming and the original service man had to get home for fear of being caught in the storm. The original man only did the outside, but my intention was needing the inside. I contacted the company and explained the situation. I had worked this single date and time frame out a month ago with the office staff and it was very important that I had my inside service done. Every time Orkin comes I never have a problem so I like to keep my service continuous without a lapse of time. Aaron called me and he volunteered to come out and do the service on his own. He arrived with a pleasant attitude and he did everything I asked him to do. I am impressed with Orkin’s dedication to customer service.
