They were going to cancel my inside service because the storm was coming and the original service man had to get home for fear of being caught in the storm. The original man only did the outside, but my intention was needing the inside. I contacted the company and explained the situation. I had worked this single date and time frame out a month ago with the office staff and it was very important that I had my inside service done.
