• "I have used them before, but it seems the pricing has gone up. I had a small wasp nest on the outside above the bedroom. I had this happen once before at place I lived before and a small one becomes a big one very fast. He came out used his poll and spray the nest, kill it and remove it. Then spray around the inside and outside of the house to makes sure there was nothing else in the home. He call when he was on his way and on time and nice. Overall did a very good job."

• "Overall, the people here are nice. However, they tried installing an aluminum door sweep which is defective. The rubber seal doesn’t come down all the way in the middle. I’ve tried calling numerous times even speaking with a manger who said they would have someone come back out and take a look which they never did. This was about 3 weeks ago now. No one has returned any of my calls and no one has come out for a follow up. Overall terrible customer service. It’s almost as if they’re just writing this off. Kinda crazy the lack of communication and follow up with this company. Long story short do not let Orkin touch your garage door. Tried calling today and nobody answered. I guess I’m Just going to have to cancel the payment and do this myself. This is a follow up review from my previous review.
