The techs keep the scheduled time and the office will give you call ahead of time if the tech can’t make it. Which has happened maybe once or twice in the two years. No complaints from me. I always recommend them to friends. Update: 08/2024 I moved and transferred my service to my new house. I’m so glad did, the new house has ants infestation in the foundation and a bunch of hornets (brand new build 😩). Anyways they’re already fixing it. I met the my tech for this area Chris. He’s great. Like, Cole, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He spent the time to walk me through the issues and he assured me that this will be fixed. Again no complaints and I still recommend Orkin."
