They had appointments the next business day. The technician, Trevor, was also really nice and professional. He showed up on time and ready to work. Our dog even thought he was really nice. He respected our children’s play area. And he asked me what I would like which was awesome compared to other companies I have hired before. I saw he was very thorough outside, too. A couple of spots outside were no longer there and I didn’t have to show him where they were. Glad I called them! Edit: 2/22/25 still 5/5. We have had scheduled service with Haley as our tech for a while now and she is always kind to us and thorough. When we had wood ants show up, she was committed to ending them and has been diligent with following up and making sure they have stayed that way. She also is very kind and patient with our pets and kids when she is treating our home outside or when we had her come inside for the wood ants. Professional, always on time, and does a great job!"

• "They are okay. They did a good job. They are really the only ones I have ever used. I ended my contract ended last August. I think I spent too much. One has to sign a yearly contract and I didn't like that, even though I just needed them for one day. So it is not that they didn't do a good job, it is just that I don't like having to pay every single month. They will come and spray every three months but I don't like just paying for it if I don't need them. I want to find somebody that would just come and treat the problem that I call about and not have to do it for a whole year then I would probably go someplace else.
