I often receive phone calls telling me when a technician is scheduled rather than a call to ask when would be a convenient time for me. When I call to schedule a time that fits my schedule I receive attitude from the person on the phone. I have set up times for service only to have no one show up. When I called to find out what happened the technician was given a different timetable than I received. If I was t rate on the efficiency of the technician I would definitely give a 5 out of 5, but your customer service would receive the lowest score available."
