Eliminate Pests in Wood River, IL

"I love this guy and I love the service. He's been working with us for several years and he goes above and beyond. I like him and his service. I have a rodent phobia and I saw one in the garage. Unfortunately it was on a Friday, but someone picked up the phone at Orkin and came out right away and took care of it. I really appreciated that. We weren't due for another service for another month and somebody came right out. They always do that for wasps and things like that. They go above and beyond and the cost is always exactly what they say it is going to be. It's a good company."

"They told us it would take two weeks for the ants to go away and it did. I had them come back two weeks after that just to make sure they wouldn't reappear. We are on a schedule to have them come out every other month."

"They do a pretty good job, although we've had to call them back a couple of times to treat again - they aren't always effective at some of the outbreaks we get such as excessive spiders, crickets, etc. They also call us the night before the treatment, which does not always give us the time to plan for somebody to be home (when we want any treatments indoors)."

"I wouldn’t be using them if I didn’t like them. I would definitely recommend them. I have no problem with the pests and if I have any problem, I call them and they come right out."
