"Kenneth C. has become a request for our pest control (through Orkin.) He is polite, is thorough, and is accommodating for when I would like something sprayed. He takes his time to explain what he is doing and why. Previous visits (not Kenneth) have always lasted about 5-7 minutes. That’s not the case with Kenneth. If you have an an issue with pest control not working for you previously- call the Collinsville location and ask for him. Really friendly and hard working guy."

"They do a pretty good job, although we've had to call them back a couple of times to treat again - they aren't always effective at some of the outbreaks we get such as excessive spiders, crickets, etc. They also call us the night before the treatment, which does not always give us the time to plan for somebody to be home (when we want any treatments indoors)."
