Very friendly, knowledgeable, concerned, informative and seemed to be very educated and honed in on his job. I definitely learned more today than I anticipated. The only thing that I wasn’t happy with was the dishonesty from the lady I spoke with today when I called into the office as a new customer. She misled me even after asking several times was this a contract, and she repeatedly stated no, that’s what sets us aside from the other companies. But I found that not to be true and put Dylan in a very uncomfortable place as I had everything she stated on paper ,on the table where I spoke to Dylan initially before my first treatment. And despite not being happy or comfortable with what the young lady did in the office, I was having faith in Dylan. He reassured me that any issues I may have with treatments , that they would stand by their word and come back out at any given time if I saw continuous activity. Thank you Dylan 🙌🏻 YOU ROCK!!😊"
