"I called Orkin to inspect our attic after a contractor installing a ceiling fan was accosted by large numbers of biting ants. Orkin confirmed the presence of an ant colony and applied an application of chemcals to kill the colony. They offered a program of continuing control, but I opted for a one-time application so the contractor could complete his work. The ants were not destructive carpenter ants. just small ants that had nested in the insulation. The technician was prompt and courteous and took care of the problem right away. There was no lingering odor from the chemicals. I had noticed ants in our bedroom occasionally prior to the treatment, but haven't seen any since and it's been more than a year. Must be the one-time application did the trick."
