Eliminate Pests in Okemos, MI

He placed 4 mouse traps inside our house: kitchen, 1bedroom and each bathroom. And completed an exterior Rodent Repellant Spray Completely Around my house. Greg was Extremely Informative and very Friendly! I HIGHLY Recommend Him. PLUS, During his service, he received a phone call, from a service rep, That IS OUR Actual Representative, they spoke & I met My actual rep, Sean, over the phone, while Greg explained that He would Do our House to Seam, As he was Here & That Sean Will be My Representative the Following months. I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED!!!👍"

"A contractor installing a ceiling fan in our bedroom ran across an aggressive ant colony in the attic while running an electrical connection. He could not complete the job until they were eliminated. I called several pest control companies to see who would be available the soonest to come out and do the job. Orkin was able to send someone out the next afternoon, a Friday, to identify the pests and give me an estimate. The attic is only accessible from a ladder through a hatch in a closet ceiling--not an easy place to get to. I felt bad for the estimator, an older gentleman in a crisp white shirt and tie. But up he went without incident or complaint, and quickly identified the pests as odorus household ants, then gave me my options for treating them. He, of course, recommended a ongoing treatment package that would treat for many types of insects in the home; but since they were not wood-destroying ants and weren't causing ongoing problems, I chose a one-time application to eliminate that particular nest. We arranged for a technician to do the treatment first thing Monday morning. He arrived promptly at 9 a.m. and had the job done within an hour. Our contractor was able to go up and complete the electrical job the next day, at which time he reported seeing no live ants."
