• "Not a 24/7 company. Saturday morning I called the number on the website and they transferred me to someone in my area. The man told me he could get someone out to my house this afternoon. Which surprised me and it was not an emergency. He gave me two time frames. I picked 2-4:00. Nobody showed and nobody called. I tried calling all weekend. I felt like it was a scam as they asked for a credit card # then not able to contact the 24/7 company. I was about to call a fraud company thinking my call to the company had been intercepted. Every time I tried calling I would get a recording saying “Due to technical difficulties” my call could not be answered. I worried all weekend and called the company Monday morning before I was going to call my bank. A lady answered and apologized. She also said they close at noon on Saturday . A 24/7 company 🤔 She scheduled a date and time and the service man would call before coming. He did text. I was at work but my husband was here and said he did a good job. Maybe you should remove the false advertising from the website. And the man that gave me a time for Saturday afternoon should not be answering the phone and making appointments knowing they close at noon on Saturdays."
