I was so impressed how they spent time to A) looked at every nook and cranny in our crawl space B) cleaned up the bugs and checked for bat guano C) while they were down there they even were kind enough to replace light bulbs. Kris and Bryan were so polite, friendly and took the time to answer every question that I asked of them. They also took the time check our termite bait stations so I wouldn’t have to make another trip out to the cabin when that process was scheduled. They saved me gas. 🤗. Orkin does an awesome job hiring technicians!! Your team who came out before Kris and Bryan did a great job searching out where they thought the bats were getting in. They were also very polite, knowledgeable, friendly and so easy to work with."

I was not called by the call center to schedule the appointment. Fortunately, I was home at that time so we could consult. I would say the service call department needs some attention."
