They came for their yearly inspection. Last year it was a$188 and the year before that when they did the initial stuff it was $1500. They are very knowledgeable about termites. They know termites and they know their habits and so forth and so on. They were able to tell quickly that it at one time it had compromised the house and that was before I lived here. They said it was not happening now and that’s the way we want to keep it. The guy who comes out to do my service is John Murray and he would give you his cell phone number and his office number. He is very knowledgeable and polite. He is not pushy and he tells you what you need to know. The thought of having termites is just horrendous. They were doing a very complete job the first year. $188 for a year is like an insurance policy."
