Jose has consistently gone above and beyond in his role—not only is he polite, punctual, and professional, but he also truly understands our unique situation and handles it with care and attention to detail every time. Despite some account and address complications, (in house) Jose has always known exactly where to go and what needs to be done. I also want to thank Giselle for her patience, kindness, professionalism, help and for taking the time to update Jose directly when the account changes weren’t reflected properly—because they both already had such a strong understanding of the issue, he was able to step in and continue delivering seamless service. Jose Ramos is a true asset to Orkin. His professionalism, reliability, and problem-solving skills stand out, and I genuinely believe he deserves recognition—and a raise—for the work he does.
