I would still rate them an A because I have not seen any termites so far. They were good overall. I will use them again in the future if needed."

They will notify you in advance of your appointment and they are very prompt. They are pretty good and I will continue to use them in the future. They check everywhere that I ask them to check."

"I recently had Orkin come out to remove a wasp nest in my front yard, and the experience was great. Jorge, the technician, called ahead of time, which I appreciated. He arrived on schedule and finished the job in about 15 minutes, which was incredibly efficient. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure to explain what he was doing throughout the process. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I would have liked a bit more information on long-term prevention, but overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely use Orkin again.
