I thought the did what they were supposed to do. If you include the price for my overall experience, I would give it a C. If you are talking about service only, I would give them an A. I would only use them again if the price were better."

But not pushy sales tactics. Then today the guy came out and removed some dead rats and set traps in the crawl space, he also plugged all possible access points. I have to take his word for this cause I was not going down there! It was a dirty job because I also have a water issue going on. Both people I dealt with were very nice and super knowledgeable about rats. They quoted me $2200 to clean out the crawl space and replace insulation but I am checking around that may be a bit high and I lost my job so pinching pennies. I chose the year plan because I want to make sure they are gone and don't come back because its such an expensive thing cleaning the crawl space I would not ever want to do this again.
