I have to take his word for this cause I was not going down there! It was a dirty job because I also have a water issue going on. Both people I dealt with were very nice and super knowledgeable about rats. They quoted me $2200 to clean out the crawl space and replace insulation but I am checking around that may be a bit high and I lost my job so pinching pennies. I chose the year plan because I want to make sure they are gone and don't come back because its such an expensive thing cleaning the crawl space I would not ever want to do this again.
