But not pushy sales tactics. Then today the guy came out and removed some dead rats and set traps in the crawl space, he also plugged all possible access points. I have to take his word for this cause I was not going down there! It was a dirty job because I also have a water issue going on. Both people I dealt with were very nice and super knowledgeable about rats. They quoted me $2200 to clean out the crawl space and replace insulation but I am checking around that may be a bit high and I lost my job so pinching pennies. I chose the year plan because I want to make sure they are gone and don't come back because its such an expensive thing cleaning the crawl space I would not ever want to do this again. I would highly recommend them. Very professional."

There was a particular person who was doing the providing that I was getting along with pretty well. That's what I particularly liked. As far as quality of the service, I think it was adequate. I thought the did what they were supposed to do. If you include the price for my overall experience, I would give it a C. If you are talking about service only, I would give them an A. I would only use them again if the price were better."
